According to the St. Paul Assoc. of Realtors. The median sales price for a home in Stacy was at 127,500 as of July 2009 and this year it was listed at 160,000. This is a change in the area of 25.5%. During this same period the average sales price was 127,500 and 201,667. So this is a change of 58.2%. As of July 2010 there have been a total of 5 homes listed and 3 closed sales. It would appear that the market is very flat in Stacy at the moment. Average days for a home to be on the market is 38 days which is 139.6% more days than a year ago. As the market continues to be sluggish we have to be sure to list homes at what they will likely sell for.
